Lazy lasagna with pita bread

Fry the minced meat in vegetable oil for 4-5 minutes

While the minced meat is frying, chop the onion

Knead it with a spatula, breaking up lumps, add salt and pepper

Transfer to a plate

Fry the onion in the same frying pan in the liquid that has separated from the minced meat.

Cut the tomato into cubes and place in a frying pan with the onion, fry until soft

Finely chop the dill

Chop a clove of garlic

Add garlic and dill to the fried onion and tomato, fry for another minute

Now prepare the sauce “a la béchamel” - mix milk with flour

Pour the mixture into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Then turn it off - the sauce will thicken

Three cheese on a coarse grater

Place part of the pita bread according to the size of the mold on the bottom of the greased form, and half of the fried minced meat on top

Sprinkle with half the grated cheese

Cover with another piece of pita bread, and half of the fried vegetables on top.

Once again alternate layers in the same order. The number of layers depends on the size of the mold - you may end up with more or less, that’s okay, the main thing is to distribute the filling evenly

Cover the last layer with lavash, grease with sauce, sprinkle with cheese. That's all - the preparation took no more than 20-30 minutes, the oven will do the rest. Place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes until browned.

Lasagna is ready. Now it needs to cool for about 10 minutes, then it will be easier to cut
