How to make lasagna from pasta with minced meat in the oven? Prepare all the necessary ingredients.

First, let's make the meat bolognese sauce. Peel the onion, rinse and cut into cubes.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the onion over low heat until transparent.
STEP 4
Now add the minced meat to the onion and mix well. Fry over medium heat for about five minutes, stirring occasionally, breaking up large lumps in the minced meat.

Add tomato sauce, salt and seasonings. I always use dry Italian herbs for lasagna. You can take any spices to your taste. Stir and simmer on low heat for about twenty minutes. Turn off the heat. Meat bolognese sauce is ready.

How to make bechamel sauce for lasagna? Melt the butter in a saucepan.
STEP 7
Add flour and quickly fry the flour in butter. It is necessary to stir vigorously so that the flour does not burn. When a “velvet” coating appears at the bottom, pour in the milk.

Pour in the milk in a thin stream, stirring vigorously with a whisk until the flour mixture is well dissolved. When this happens, continue heating the sauce, stirring constantly, until thickened. It should almost boil and start to bubble.

Turn off the heat, add salt to taste and add nutmeg. Mix well. Bechamel is ready. Let it cool a little.

While our sauces are being prepared, we need to cook the pasta until half cooked. Boil water, add salt and add pasta and cook for half the time indicated on the package. Place the pasta in a colander and let the water drain.

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. You can use any cheese, the main thing is that it is fresh, of high quality, without vegetable fats and melts well.

Let's start assembling our lazy homemade lasagna. Pour a few spoons of white sauce into the bottom of the pan and spread it over the bottom.

Next, spread an even layer of pasta.

Bechamel again on top.
STEP 15
Then spread the meat sauce evenly.
STEP 16
There is a layer of grated cheese on it.
STEP 17
Next, repeat the layers: pasta, bechamel, bolognese, cheese. I have a small mold, so I only got two layers, if you have more, repeat. There should always be meat sauce and cheese on top. Place the pan in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for about 30-40 minutes until the top is browned. Baking times and temperatures may vary; adjust them based on the operating characteristics of your oven. Place the lasagna on plates and serve.
