I used to make lasagna with either meat or spinach. But this lasagna with meat and spinach turned out even tastier, juicy and tender. Thank you for the recipe. A small digression at the last stage: I fill the top sheets of lasagna with sauce, but do not sprinkle it with cheese, cover it with foil and bake for the main amount of time (approx. 30 minutes), then remove the foil, sprinkle with cheese and bake further until browned. cheese (approx. 10 min.). I learned this method from an Italian. I do this because usually the top sheets of my leaves bulge, shrink and dry out. For a 15*23 cm baking dish, I reduced the amount of ingredients by half.
