Trout on potato bed with garlic sauce

STEP 1

First of all, we will prepare the potato bed. Peel the potatoes and cut them into nice, not very thick slices. And put it in a baking dish. Then you need to add seasonings, salt, sunflower or olive oil.
STEP 2

Place trout pieces on top of the potatoes. The trout must first be salted a little.
STEP 3

Fry finely chopped onion and grated carrots. And put them on the trout.
STEP 4

Next, we need to prepare the sauce with which our dish will be baked. To do this, melt the butter. Add finely chopped garlic. Simmer for 2-3 minutes over low heat.
STEP 5

Then add and fry the flour a little.
STEP 6

Then, stirring intensively, add the cream.
STEP 7

When the mixture begins to thicken, you need to add a small amount of water, salt and spices. Bring the resulting sauce to a boil and turn it off. Cover with a lid and set aside for a couple of minutes.
STEP 8

Add garlic sauce to the potatoes and trout. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. And we send our dish into it for 40-45 minutes.
