Winter has brought snow, just have time to rejoice and work with a shovel. So I have prepared “snow surprises”. I looked closely at the recipe for a long time, the bechamel sauce (fatty fish, fatty sauce) confused me. The embarrassment did not go away, but the idea came to replace it with spicy yogurt. I added garlic, black pepper and zelushka to natural yogurt. 15 minutes of magic in the oven and the “surprise” is ready. The most authentic New Year's dish! The fish gave up excess fat into the sauce and took away the sourness of the yogurt and the spiciness of the seasonings. Juicy, beautiful, aromatic. I stewed the potatoes separately in fish sauce. I really like fish. I usually cook it either in a bag with vegetables, or in a slow cooker, or just steam it. But I’m somehow tired of my own recipes, I want something new. And now, thanks to Alena, a new recipe. In the photo, the fish looks very appetizing, and you don’t need to come up with anything with the side dish, it’s 2 in 1.
