Mix together soft cottage cheese, yolks, vanilla sugar and cream.
STEP 3
Add flour and stir until smooth.
STEP 4
Add milk.
STEP 5
Beat the whites with sugar until medium peaks.
STEP 6
And mix them in carefully with a spatula.
STEP 7
Melt butter in a frying pan.
STEP 8
Pour the dough into the pan, add a handful of cranberries or raisins on top. Fry over low heat for about 5-7 minutes (I fry with a lid).
STEP 9
Cut the omelette into 4 parts and turn over. Fry for another 5-7 minutes until done. Tear the finished omelette into pieces with a fork and serve immediately.
STEP 10
If desired, sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving. Bon appetit!

what a simple recipe and looks very delicious! very similar to Sochniki, only there is the addition of sour cream, I think they taste very similar. although they are baked in the oven, and the omelet is in a frying pan! I think you can add more raisins to the dough, the taste will be more interesting!
