STEP 1

How to make soy meat in the oven? First, prepare the necessary products. Instead of mayonnaise, you can use sour cream, or make homemade mayonnaise. You can take your favorite spices and seasonings. When adding soy sauce to a dish, it is worth considering that it has a fairly salty taste. Reduce the total amount of salt, otherwise you risk oversalting.
STEP 2

Pre-soak the soy meat in cold water for 10-20 minutes.
STEP 3

Drain the water and lightly squeeze the soy meat, then add mayonnaise and soy sauce, mix everything well.
STEP 4

Wash and peel all the vegetables thoroughly, chop the onion into feathers, chop the garlic under a press, cut everything else into medium pieces.
STEP 5

In a preheated frying pan with vegetable oil, first fry the carrots and onions.
STEP 6

Then add bell pepper and tomato, fry until half cooked.
STEP 7

Place soy meat in soy sauce, fried vegetables and potatoes in a baking dish. Season with salt, add oregano and basil.

Mix everything well.

Cover the baking dish with foil and place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes.

Wash and dry the dill, chop finely with a knife.
STEP 11

Remove the foil and bake the dish for another 10-15 minutes. Serve the soy meat hot, sprinkled with chopped dill. Bon appetit!
