Soup with smoked meats in a slow cooker

Thick and rich soup with the aroma of smoked meats. A very pleasant soup with an interesting texture - soft peas, crispy croutons, rich smoked aroma and light broth.

Pea soup with smoked meats in a slow cooker turned out great. From smoked meats I added pork ribs and Krakow sausage. I cooked the soup in 1 liter of water (my multicooker can’t fit more in the bowl). The soup turned out rich and quite thick. The smoky flavor of the broth pairs wonderfully with the peas. The peas themselves boiled well while preparing the soup. I didn’t prepare croutons for the soup. It turned out very tasty, filling and aromatic. Thank you very much for the wonderful recipe!
