  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to make a simple Bolognese sauce with tomato paste? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. You can make the minced meat yourself or use ready-made store-bought stuff. The recipe used minced pork. You can mix two or three types of meat, this will make the sauce brighter and tastier. Instead of tomatoes in their own juice and tomato paste, you can use fresh ripe tomatoes and tomato sauce.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Peel the onion and garlic. Rinse them along with the herbs and bay leaves under running water. Finely chop the onion.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the onion. Choose the degree of frying for yourself; you can wait until the onion becomes slightly transparent, or leave it in the pan a little longer until it turns golden.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Add the minced meat to the onion and, stirring continuously, break up large lumps with a spatula. The smaller the pieces of minced meat you have, the more appetizing and tastier the sauce will be. Fry the minced meat in this manner for about five minutes over high heat.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Pass the garlic through a press or chop finely by hand. Send him to the minced meat.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Next, add the tomatoes in their own juice and tomato paste. Season with salt and pepper to taste and add a pinch of dried basil, oregano or other favorite spices if desired.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Mix everything thoroughly, see if your sauce is too thick. If there is not enough liquid, then add a little water (40-50 ml.). If you use fresh tomatoes, they will release juice during cooking and this will be quite enough. Reduce heat to moderate and simmer the minced meat with tomatoes under a closed lid for 10 minutes.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

Next, add the cream and bay leaf to the pan, stir and leave on the stove for another five minutes.

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

Taste the sauce for salt and add more salt if necessary. Add finely chopped herbs and remove the pan from the heat.

  10. STEP 10

    STEP 10

The sauce is ready. Bon appetit!

I love this recipe for a simple Bolognese sauce with tomato paste. It’s incredibly easy and quick to make. I didn’t have any tomatoes, so for the sauce I only took tomato paste and homemade tomatoes. I added 10% cream. Everyone in the family really liked it. I'll keep this recipe in mind! And I recommend it to everyone!

How we love delicious Bolognese with homemade pasta. I came across a recipe for the sauce on the website and I made a simple Bolognese sauce with tomato paste according to this recipe. I used homemade minced meat made from pork and chicken. First, I fried onion and garlic, finely chopped, in oil. I added the minced meat and stirred with a spatula while frying to break up the large pieces. Then I waited until all the moisture evaporated over high heat. I added tomatoes in their own juice, salt, pepper, bay leaf, dried basil, tomato paste and water. Simmer the meat sauce covered over low heat for 20 minutes. The smell was magnificent. At the end I added chopped herbs. Great recipe! Not difficult, quite quick and very tasty. The Bolognese sauce turned out rich, aromatic, bright and appetizing. Basil accentuates the meat perfectly. Eating this sauce is a pleasure. I served the Bolognese with homemade noodles. Well, it's very tasty. I advise everyone to try it. Many thanks to the author of the recipe)

The sauce turned out amazing! only instead of minced meat I chopped meatballs, because... There was just no minced meat, and instead of cream there was mayonnaise, everything was just very simple and tasty! Thank you!

I followed the recipe and the dish came out good, but a little spicy due to the whole onion - I think next time I’ll try to use more meat, with the same abundance of ingredients. Instead of cream I used milk and soft cheese “ala kaymak” (it’s generally for the hearty and not so hearty). hot sauces are suitable).
