A delicate creamy sauce for all types of pasta, including spaghetti, is prepared using one or more of the following products: milk, cream, sour cream, yogurt, butter. In the latter case, it is mixed with broth, vegetable or meat, or with plain water. Sometimes sauces include wine, usually dry or semi-dry white. Perhaps the most affordable, simple, tasty and unusual recipe for creamy spaghetti sauce consists of two ingredients, not counting spices and salt.
