I decided to make a cream cheese sauce. Instead of Parmesan, I used Dutch cheese and the fat content of the cream was lower (only 10 percent). But the sauce turned out wonderful, with a delicate texture, very pleasant to the taste, with an unobtrusive taste of your favorite cheese, the cream did not curdle when boiling. I overdid it with flour, instead of 1 spoon, I put 2, damn... In general, the taste has not deteriorated, but there is an aftertaste of fried flour.. I'll be more careful next time.. It's a very high-calorie and heavy dish, I advise you not to get carried away, otherwise it will quickly spread !
