DIY Korean funchose dressing

Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Let's prepare our ingredients for preparing a Korean-style funchose dressing.
STEP 2

First of all, pour water into a ladle or saucepan and pour salt into it. It is better to choose sea or Himalayan salt or even black salt. It will be much more useful this way.
STEP 3

Then add stevia there and mix everything thoroughly until completely dissolved and bring to a boil. You can add sugar or any other sweetener you have on hand. If you want to add honey, do it at the end of the cooled dressing.
STEP 4

Finely grate fresh ginger and garlic, after peeling them, of course. If you don’t have fresh ginger, you can use dry ground ginger. And garlic too.
STEP 5

Add sesame oil, soy sauce and vinegar to the water. Throw in the grated garlic and ginger, mix and leave for a couple of minutes on low heat. Sesame oil can be replaced with any other vegetable oil, but preferably one without any special odor.
STEP 6

Then add our spices: chili pepper, coriander and black pepper. Stir and leave for another couple of minutes. Our gas station is ready. Let it cool and you can season the funchose with it. You can take fresh chili pepper and cut it into small pieces instead of dry ground.
