Focus on the features of your oven. Remove the finished cake from the mold and let cool. If you have a ceramic pan, you can leave the crust and serve the pie directly in it.

Wash the strawberries, dry them, remove the stems. Cut the berries into quarters. Peel half a mango and cut into small pieces.

Prepare the jelly according to the instructions on the package. I combined 40 grams of sugar, jelly powder and 350 ml of water. Bring, stirring, to a boil and boil for 15 seconds. Then she removed it from the heat.

Pour clear jelly on top. Place the pie in the refrigerator until the jelly has completely hardened.
