STEP 1

First of all, you need to cook very thick semolina porridge in milk. Add salt and nutmeg (it will give the dish a unique aroma). Cool the semolina porridge until warm, stir in one egg and cool completely. This will make it easier to form the images.
STEP 2

While the semolina porridge is cooling, fry the onion in vegetable oil until golden brown, add minced meat to it. Fry until the meat is done, add salt and pepper to taste. Let the filling cool completely.
STEP 3

Using hands dipped in water, form the porridge into a flat cake, place the filling in the center and form small zrazy. Immediately bread the molded pie in a mixture of flour and turmeric, and then place it on a cutting board. Before sculpting each pie, it is better to rinse your hands.
STEP 4

Fry the zrazy in heated vegetable oil over medium heat until golden brown on each side.
