    How to make meat zrazy with egg and onion? Prepare all products. For the filling, boil one chicken egg in advance. You can use any minced meat, I used mixed pork and beef. Take any white, wheat bread, for me it’s a loaf.

    Peel the onions. Cut the onion into small cubes. To prevent your eyes from watering, wet your knife and cutting board with cold water.

    Fry the diced onion in a frying pan in vegetable oil until golden brown.

    Peel the boiled egg and cut into cubes.

    Mix the chopped egg with the fried onions and stir. This will be the filling. You can salt it to taste, but only a little.

    Pour milk over the loaf pulp for 5 minutes. Then squeeze out any excess milk.

    Transfer the ground meat to a bowl. Add a raw egg to it. Add salt and stir until smooth.

    Place breadcrumbs on a flat plate. Take the raw minced meat with your hands dipped in water and form it into a ball. Then flatten it into a flat cake. Place the boiled egg and onion filling in the center of the flatbread. Make zrazy of the size you need. I usually take 2 tablespoons of minced meat and 1 teaspoon of filling per serving.

    Form zrazas with your hands and roll them on all sides in breadcrumbs.

    In a frying pan with heated vegetable oil, fry the zrazy on both sides until golden brown.

I prepared zrazy from minced pork, I had about 300 g. I added 60 g of white bread to it. First I cut off all the crusts from it and filled it with hot water. When the bread swelled, drained the water, squeezed it to remove excess moisture and combined it with the minced meat. Added 1 egg, salt, mixed and set aside. In the meantime, I prepared the filling. I boiled the egg, cooled it and cut it into small cubes. I fried chopped onions in a frying pan. Combined onion and egg. On the author's advice, I added salt to the filling. She grabbed the finished minced meat with a spoon and formed balls, then made flat cakes out of them (each took 1.5 tablespoons of minced meat). I put 1 teaspoon of filling on them, formed zrazy, and breaded them in breadcrumbs. I fried meat zrazy with egg and onion in a frying pan for 6 minutes on each side. The zrazy turned out very tender, soft in a crispy breading! Very tasty! The fried onion worked well in the filling, adding some piquancy. Amazing! I recommend it to everyone! I recommend adding a little salt to the filling after combining the onion and egg. This way it won’t seem bland in the finished dish.

If only this recipe had the temperature conditions and time for cooking in the oven. It tastes better in the oven than in a frying pan.
