STEP 1

How to fry sausage in batter in a frying pan? It's very simple! To begin, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. You can take any boiled sausage to suit your taste: “Milk”, “Doctor’s”, “Creamy”, etc. You can replace the boiled sausage with ham. You can replace mayonnaise with full-fat sour cream.
STEP 2

Clean the boiled sausage from the factory film. Cut into circles about 1 cm thick. If the sausage is large in diameter, cut the circles in half. I got 12 slices.
STEP 3

Prepare the batter. In a bowl, combine a large selected egg with mayonnaise and milk. Whisk everything thoroughly until smooth.
STEP 4

If necessary, add salt to the batter to taste. Add flour and stir until smooth. To prevent lumps from forming, I recommend sifting the flour into the batter through a sieve.
STEP 5

You may need a little more or less flour. The finished batter should be quite viscous, but fluid. It should not flow off the sausage like water.
STEP 6

Dip the sausage into the batter on all sides.
STEP 7

Heat some of the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the sausage in batter and fry for about 2 minutes until golden brown.
STEP 8

Turn the sausage over to the other side and fry again until golden brown. Fry the rest of the sausage in the same way.
STEP 9

Transfer the finished sausage to a plate. Serve the hot appetizer to the table immediately. Bon appetit!
