Salad with squid and peas
A simple and very tasty squid salad. One of my husband's favorite salads. It's very easy to prepare. The main thing is to buy good squid.
Despite the presence of mayonnaise in the salad, it is a low-calorie dish, so you can afford to eat a portion of this salad from time to time. Moreover, its usefulness for the body is undeniable. It contains a large amount of protein, so it will be useful, first of all, to athletes and those who engage in heavy physical labor.
In order to prepare the salad quickly, I recommend boiling the squid the day before.

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
How to make a salad with squid and peas? These are the products we will need. I buy squids uneviscerated, in carcasses.
STEP 2
Cut the squid, clean the insides, remove the outer dark skin and the inner transparent film. Rinse well.
STEP 3
Place them in salted boiling water, bring to a boil and remove from the burner. Leave in water until completely cooled, covered.
STEP 4
After this, cut into thin strips.
STEP 5
Cut cucumbers into small strips
