Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Boil the squid for two minutes in salted water, cool and cut into rings. Also cut the onion into thin half rings.
STEP 2

Peel the apple and cut into cubes. Prepare pomegranate seeds.
STEP 3

Make a sauce from yogurt, ketchup and cognac. Mix apples, squid, onion and pomegranate in a plate, add sauce and stir.
STEP 4

When serving, garnish with sauce and lettuce leaves.

Thank you)) no, the apple does not darken, because the dressing contains yogurt and ketchup, and they contain acid, so the color of the apple is preserved. But I usually serve dishes immediately, so I don’t know what this salad will look like an hour after serving) I’m not a supporter of three-day mayonnaise salads))

Shura, do you know that for some reason modern varieties of apples often do not darken as noticeably as those familiar to us from childhood. I once showed my child an experiment where, after cutting, one piece of an apple was left in the air without protection, and the second was sprinkled with citric acid: can you imagine, there was almost no difference!!! In my opinion, something has already been done with selection.
