Salad with meat and prunes

STEP 1

To prepare a salad with meat and prunes, we will need: pork or beef pulp without cartilage and veins, pitted prunes, large selected eggs, cheese, sweet and sour juicy apple (Grenny Smith, semerinka), nuts (I have hazelnuts, but you can also walnuts or any other to taste) and mayonnaise. I have mayonnaise with avocado, so it has a slightly greenish tint.
STEP 2

Pre-boil the meat in salted water. Remove from broth and cool. Then cut into small pieces.
STEP 3

Finely chop the prunes.
STEP 4

Hard boil the eggs, peel and finely chop.
STEP 5

Grate the cheese on a medium grater.
STEP 6

Peel the apple and grate it on a coarse grater. Finely chop the nuts with a knife.
STEP 7

Place a cooking ring on the dish and lay it out: first lay out the boiled meat and compact it. Grease with mayonnaise.
STEP 8

Place grated apples on top and also coat with mayonnaise.
STEP 9

Place eggs in the next layer and brush with mayonnaise.
STEP 10

Next - prunes and a layer of mayonnaise.
STEP 11

The penultimate layer is grated cheese. You don't have to coat it with mayonnaise. I didn't miss.
STEP 12

Sprinkle chopped nuts on top of the salad. Place the salad in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours to soak.
STEP 13

Then remove the ring and serve the salad to the table. Bon appetit!
