Salad with funchose vegetables and soy sauce

Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

How to make a salad with funchose, vegetables and soy sauce? Very easy and fast! Prepare all the necessary products that are indicated on the list. Fresh broccoli can be replaced with frozen, and lime can be used instead of lemon.
STEP 2

First, separate the broccoli into small florets. Boil water in a small saucepan and add cabbage to it. Keep it in boiling water for literally half a minute. I like the broccoli to have a little crunch in the finished salad, so I don’t cook it for long. If you want the florets to be softer, keep them in the pan a little longer.
STEP 3

Next, turn off the stove, add funchose to the broccoli and leave it this way until the noodles are ready. Usually this takes no more than 3-5 minutes, look at the packaging. Drain the noodles and broccoli in a colander.
STEP 4

Wash the carrots with a brush in running water, peel and rinse. Wash young zucchini or zucchini in water and peel as desired. Grate vegetables for Korean salads.
STEP 5

Wash the bell pepper in running water, cut in half and remove the stem and center with seeds. Cut the pepper into thin strips. Rinse the red cabbage, remove the outer leaves and chop finely.
STEP 6

Place zucchini, carrots, cabbage and bell peppers into a deep salad bowl.
STEP 7

Next, add noodles and broccoli to the vegetables. Next, add the canned corn to the bowl.
STEP 8

How to make salad dressing? You can omit the chili sauce from the dressing and instead use a pinch of sugar and a few hot pepper flakes (optional). You can take not only olive oil, but for example sesame oil or any other oil to suit your taste. Lemon juice can be replaced with lime juice if desired.
STEP 9

So, in a small container, mix soy sauce, sweet chili sauce, olive oil and the juice of half a lemon. The sauce is ready.
STEP 10

Pour sauce salad with sauce.
STEP 11

Mix everything thoroughly. Taste and, if necessary, add the missing component (lemon, soy sauce or oil). If necessary, add salt.
STEP 12

Let the salad sit for 5-10 minutes. Serve homemade salad with funchose and vegetables to the table, sprinkled with sesame seeds. Bon appetit!
