STEP 1

How to make a salad with chicken, prunes and mushrooms in layers? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. I will use champignons, but they can be replaced with any other mushrooms. Choose cheese according to your taste.
STEP 2

Wash the carrots and potatoes. Then, without cleaning, add water, bring to a boil and boil for 20-23 minutes. The vegetables should become soft. Boil the eggs in boiling water for 7-8 minutes, then pour cold water over them. Cool vegetables and eggs. Then clean.
STEP 3

Pour boiling water over the prunes for 10-15 minutes. Then rinse and squeeze out the water.
STEP 4

Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces and fry with vegetable oil for 7-10 minutes. Salt it a little. Transfer the finished chicken meat to a plate and cool.
STEP 5

Peel the onion. Rinse the champignons in running water. Finely chop the onion and mushrooms.
STEP 6

Fry the mushrooms and onions for 8-10 minutes. During frying, the mushrooms will decrease in size. Salt them a little. Cool the finished mushrooms completely.
STEP 7

Place a serving ring on a plate and place the boiled potatoes, grated, as the first layer of salad. Lubricate this layer and all subsequent ones with a small amount of mayonnaise. Place a second layer of fried mushrooms.
STEP 8

Place fried chicken meat on the mushroom layer. Press it firmly.
STEP 9

Grate the boiled carrots and place in the next layer. And then a layer of grated boiled eggs.
STEP 10

Finely chop the steamed prunes. Chop the walnuts with a knife. You can roast the nuts a little for flavor. Place a layer of prunes and nuts.
