STEP 1
Prepare Crutons. To do this, cut the loaf with a cube with a side of about 1.5 cm.

Mix vegetable oil with garlic, Provençal herbs and salt.

Place our cubes in a baking container, pour in the prepared mixture, mix thoroughly and place in the oven for 15-20 minutes at a temperature of 160-170 degrees. Mix them from time to time.
STEP 4
Cut the chicken fillet into strips, add salt, pepper, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
STEP 5
Fry over high heat for 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently, avoiding browning the meat - we want it juicy inside.
STEP 6
Finely chop the cabbage.
STEP 7
Cut the bell pepper into thin strips.
STEP 8
Finely chop the blue onion.
STEP 9
Next we make cheese balls. To do this, take fetax cheese, add finely chopped dill, garlic through a press, and dried basil.
STEP 10
And knead well with a fork (I added a little cream for a softer consistency).
STEP 11
Then we make balls from this mass with our hands - in our palms, as if from plasticine.
STEP 12
For dressing, mix mayonnaise, soy sauce, garlic, tangerine juice (squeezed from half a tangerine).
STEP 13
Mix cabbage, corn, finely chopped onion, bell pepper, chicken.
STEP 14
Place on a plate or in a salad bowl, place cheese balls and croutons on top, and pour dressing over the salad.
