Rolls under an unusual fur coat

Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

We beat the pieces of meat very well with a hammer. Salt, pepper and season with your favorite spices.
STEP 2

Prepare the sauce: mix mayonnaise with mustard and hot sauce. (The sauce can be safely replaced with adjika).
STEP 3

Lubricate our pieces of meat very generously with this sauce. And remove to marinate at room temperature.
STEP 4

While our meat is marinating, we will bake some pancakes.
STEP 5

Let's start with the vegetables: Cut the onion and bell pepper into small cubes, grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Fry until half cooked in vegetable oil. We also grate the cucumbers on a coarse grater and add to the rest of the vegetables. Fry for another 7 minutes over low heat.
STEP 6

Add chopped greens to the vegetables.
STEP 7

Place our filling on the pieces of pork.
STEP 8

Roll the meat into rolls and secure with toothpicks.
STEP 9

Dip the rolls in beaten egg and fry on both sides in a frying pan with vegetable oil until golden brown.
STEP 10

We “swaddle” each roll in a “blanket” of pancakes and place them in a baking dish.
STEP 11

Lubricate the top with mayonnaise and ketchup, pour cream over it.
STEP 12

Cover the pan with foil and bake in an oven preheated to 150 degrees for 50 minutes. Bon appetit
