STEP 1
So we put 7 eggs in the egg cooker to boil,

and at this time, start making minced meat: twist the meat in a meat grinder (the holes are the largest),

Divide 2 large onions into 4 (whatever you like) parts and pass them into a meat grinder, half a bunch of dill and parsley there, cut 3 multi-colored halves of sweet pepper into cubes and add to the minced meat, beat in 2 eggs, salt to taste, maybe pepper, whoever whatever you like, mix well so that the sweet pepper is evenly distributed in the minced meat.
STEP 4
Cool the eggs, peel them, cut them in half. You can take 10 quail eggs and put them whole. I did this for the first time. Cut green onions. Take a mold and fill it with half the minced meat, lay out the eggs and sprinkle with green onions. Don't forget to salt the eggs and onions.
STEP 5
We cover with the remaining minced meat and decorate our creation according to our imagination with strips of puff pastry. All this needs to be baked at a temperature of 200 degrees for 40 minutes. Bon appetit!!!
