From a very early age, the kitchen was the center of warmth and comfort for me. My grandmother prepared aromatic soups, and my mother baked pies, filling the house with a magical smell. Every family meal turned into a celebration where food created unforgettable moments. Later, while traveling around the world, I was inspired by a wide variety of cuisines: from spicy Thai curry to delicate Italian risotto. Now I want to share with you simple and accessible recipes that will help create comfort and joy in your home, because cooking is an art accessible to everyone.

I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts at Australian Culinary School.
