  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

Prepare the following ingredients. To make cookies you need to take instant oatmeal, I took oatmeal with a cooking time of 3 minutes. From the refrigerator, while it is cold, grate the required amount of butter on a coarse grater. You can use any cottage cheese, I used 5% fat. Egg C1 category. Premium quality wheat flour. I measured out the ingredients with a 200 ml glass. Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Take a deep bowl and add the required amount of sugar, cinnamon and oatmeal to it. Wash the chicken egg with a brush, dry it and break it into a bowl. Mix the ingredients with a fork until combined.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve, grate the cold butter. Add the cottage cheese and butter to the bowl with the previously prepared ingredients. Stir.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Sift the flour with baking powder and add to the dough. Stir until smooth. The dough is thick, but quite sticky. Do not add more flour, otherwise the cookies will not turn out soft.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Line a baking tray or baking dish with baking paper. Use a teaspoon (or ice cream scoop) to scoop out a small amount of the dough and, with wet hands, slide it onto the baking sheet. Place the cookies at a distance from each other - they will spread a little when baking. Bake the cookies for about 20 minutes in a preheated oven until golden brown.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Remove the finished cookies from the oven and cool on a wire rack. From this amount of dough I got 25 cookies. Serve the finished chilled cookies with a glass of milk, tea or coffee. The cookies are soft and very fragrant. It can be stored for several days in a tightly sealed bag.

Oatmeal cookies with cottage cheese are new to me. Interesting idea. When it comes to curd baked goods, I like triangle curd cookies. For those interested, watch the video.

Baking with cottage cheese is always successful, and cookies made from cottage cheese and oatmeal are no exception. The result was soft, tender, with a slight aroma of cinnamon and a very tasty cookie. I used 2% cottage cheese, the flakes were finely ground. I mixed sugar, flakes and cinnamon in a bowl. Then added the egg and stirred. Next, I added cottage cheese and butter, which I grated on a coarse grater. I sifted the flour, combined it with baking powder and added it to the curd mass. I mixed it and it turned out to be a soft, slightly sticky dough. With hands moistened with water, I formed cookies, placed them on a baking sheet and baked them in the oven for 20 minutes at 180°. Wonderful pastries for a family tea party 👍. Thanks to the author for the wonderful recipe and I recommend trying it 😊

Anna, today I made cookies according to your recipe. I was very pleased!!! The cookies turned out soft, very tasty, with a pronounced curd flavor. I made almost everything according to the recipe. The egg was just very large))), although I put flour exactly as in the recipe, and did not add cinnamon. I molded the cookies with my hands and they turned out to be beautiful balls. An excellent option for an afternoon snack, I highly recommend these cookies. Thank you very much to the author for the wonderful recipe. I will cook often from now on))) Here is my photo report
