    We use canned corn for the salad - choose juicy and sweet. Drain the juice from it.

    Thaw the crab sticks at room temperature and cut into small pieces. The main thing is that they are of good quality and seem to unfold, and do not look like a “washcloth” in their structure. You can make stuffed tubes from good quality sticks: unroll them and stuff them with something, for example, add sprat and greens. Take these ones - they are tastier and better.

    Wash the fresh cucumber, cut off the ends and cut into small cubes. I prefer greenhouse smooth cucumbers - one is enough, if the cucumbers are ordinary, then we take two. Test the cucumbers before slicing to make sure the skin is not bitter. Otherwise, it will need to be cut off.

    Boil the eggs hard for 10 minutes. They need to be placed in boiling water with added salt. This will make them easier to clean. Place the finished eggs in a bowl of cold water and let them cool completely. You can leave them under running water for a while to cool quickly. If possible, use eggs from domestic chickens for the salad - such eggs have a bright yolk and are tastier.

    We take apples that are sweet and sour and those that, when cut, hold their shape well and do not fall apart. Peel off the skin in a thin layer. Then we cut them into 2 or 4 parts and cut out the core. Cut the apple pulp into thin small pieces.

    Mix all the ingredients of the salad in a salad bowl, season with mayonnaise and mix, no need to add salt.

The recipe is basically ordinary, known to everyone for a long time, I didn’t see anything new. Except for apples. I generally don’t like apples in salads, especially sweet ones. But here they were just right, only I grated them on a coarse grater (like for Korean carrots) and they were not felt at all, and it was delicious for all my household.
