Well, there is less and less time left to prepare for Easter, and yet there is still so much to be done. I studied Tatiana’s recipe and remembered that I hadn’t bought almonds yet, and without them the Easter cake is not so fragrant. You are right Tatiana, the classic Easter cake has exactly that recipe, I also use it to prepare Easter cakes, then they turn out like clockwork and you don’t have to worry that something will go wrong.
