What an interesting way to prepare borscht! Personally, I have never fried beets along with onions and carrots. I didn’t know that you can grate sweet peppers. I just chopped it up and added it along with cabbage for flavor. Thanks for the recipe. I will definitely use it!

Wonderful recipe, I want to share my feelings about borscht. When frying, I put beets only with red veins. When I fry, I determine readiness by the pleasant, not soggy taste of the vegetables. By the way, I only put in ripe tomatoes. And not any paste.. And third, When I put in the cabbage. I wait for it to boil, without stirring, I turn off the borscht. And I wait for everyone to attack me so I can pour it out. Let it sit for at least 15-20 minutes.. Of course, this is all an acquired taste.. And so enjoy your meal. Thanks for the recipe.
