For the first time I cooked duck with quince in the oven in the sleeve, with a slight adjustment, instead of duck I baked turkey. From the spices I took crushed garlic, salt, mustard and Svan salt, and adjusted it to a “porridge” consistency with sunflower oil. I greased the entire bird carcass inside and out, stuffed it with chopped quince with the addition of coarsely chopped garlic, and packed it in a “sleeve”. I preliminarily calculate the time for baking the bird based on the weight of the bird, per 1 kg, approximately 1 hour of baking at a temperature of 180 degrees. The duck turned out soft, juicy, with fried skin and a slight aroma of quince and garlic!
