Dumplings in the microwave
Incredibly delicious dumplings in the microwave! Fast and unusual. Dumplings can be made in the microwave when there is no time to boil them in the usual way. Sour cream and herbs are ideal for them. This is a complete meal for the family in minutes!
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

We take the finished dumplings out of the freezer. These can be any dumplings, with any filling, purchased or prepared at home in advance. There are many recipes for dumplings on the site, choose according to your taste.
STEP 2

Place the dumplings in one row in a deep bowl. I wrote the proportions by eye, use the volume of the dishes as a guide.
STEP 3

Fill with water, add some salt and sprinkle with spices (bay leaf and allspice) on top. Place in the microwave at maximum power for 1 minute, then change the power to “medium” and cook for 7 minutes. Leave for five minutes so that the dumplings “arrive”.
STEP 4

I cook dumplings in the microwave. You only need one serving, so this recipe comes in handy. I took out frozen homemade dumplings, put the required amount on the bottom of a heat-resistant pan, poured in water (the recipe did not emphasize that it should be boiling water, so I poured in regular water), salted to taste, added salt, bay leaf, black pepper (there was no allspice), I added a teaspoon of butter myself. Placed it in the microwave for 1 minute at full power. After a minute, I stirred so that the dumplings did not stick to the bottom of the pan. After that, I cooked for another 5 minutes (I did not reduce the power). I took the pan of dumplings out of the microwave about five minutes after it turned off. The dumplings are completely ready!
