It turns out that there are special apples for baking, I came across this for the first time, I bought 4 apples to try, they are even different in appearance - they have a flattened shape so that they stand steadily and the filling does not leak out, the color is even, rich, similar to a conference pear, the pulp is homogeneous, dense, not very juicy, aromatic, when baked they do not wrinkle, do not lose their shape, as if they had never been in the oven, the taste is extraordinary, it’s pleasant to taste, tender, soft, amazing. I’m sharing the recipe with you, it’s nothing complicated, but the sensations are amazing. Make these apples for Valentine's Day!
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

How to bake apples with jam and nuts? We prepare the necessary products. Wash apples in running water
STEP 2

Cut out the core, being careful not to touch the bottom of the apple.

Top with any jam (I used strawberries with sugar)
STEP 5

We put the apples in the mold, these apples don’t require anything extra, but for regular apples, pour a little water at the bottom, you can put a piece of butter on top, it won’t hurt. And bake for 35 minutes in a preheated oven at 350 degrees. Check the degree of cooking with a small knife; if it easily cuts through the apple pulp, it means it is ready and feel free to take it out of the oven.
