I really love baked apples, but I haven’t tried them with cottage cheese yet. For dessert I took two large apples. Reduced the amount of filling ingredients by half. In general, you need to look at the capacity of the apple “cups”; you may need more or less filling. I didn't add cinnamon. I baked the apples for 20 minutes at 180°, periodically checking for softness. In my opinion, baked apples with cottage cheese in the oven turned out to be successful. The apple juice soaked the curd filling and it turned out to be something like a delicate cream. It is very tasty, especially with honey. I liked the dessert better chilled. Thanks for the recipe!
