STEP 1

How to cook zucchini quickly and tasty? Very simple! To begin, prepare all the necessary ingredients. If you wish, when cooking zucchini or while preparing crackers, you can use any spices to your taste. This will enrich the taste of the dish.
STEP 2

Wash the zucchini in running water and cut into small cubes. If you have a young zucchini, then you don’t need to remove the delicate skin from it, but a mature fruit should be peeled not only from the skin, but also from the hard seeds inside.
STEP 3

Boil water in a saucepan, add salt, stir and add chopped zucchini. Use purified water, as tap water can give the finished dish an unpleasant aftertaste. STEP 4

Cut the loaf into cubes and place in a preheated frying pan greased with sunflower oil.
STEP 5

Fry the loaf for 2-3 minutes until golden brown, stirring.
STEP 6
