Roll out thinner in ONE DIRECTION so as not to disturb the structure of the dough. Then it will rise and bake. Place a quarter of the minced meat and spread it in an even layer. Sprinkle chopped dill on top.

Carefully pinch along the long side in the form of a sausage. We form the remaining three sausages in the same way.

Place them in a greased multicooker bowl, forming a spiral and connecting the short open ends together.
STEP 8
Grease with yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Turn on the multicooker on the Multicooker mode, 130 degrees, for forty minutes. After this, turn the pie over and brown the other side on the Multicooker mode, 140 degrees, for ten minutes.
STEP 9
Turn over onto a plate and cool slightly.
STEP 10
Then cut into portions and serve. Due to the large amount of greens in the filling, the pie turns out very juicy. Those who wish can add sour cream to a portion of the pie. Bon appetit!
