Potatoes in cream with chanterelles and cheese in the oven

STEP 1
Prepare the ingredients. To cook potatoes with chanterelles in the oven we will need: potatoes

Rinse the chanterelles thoroughly and dry.
STEP 3
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the chanterelles in it until the excess moisture evaporates.
STEP 4
Wash the potatoes, peel and cut into not very thick slices.
STEP 5
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
STEP 6
Place potato slices overlapping in a baking dish. Salt and pepper the potatoes.
STEP 7
Distribute the fried chanterelles evenly on top.
STEP 8
Pour in the cream. Salt and pepper the mushrooms. There is no need to add a lot of salt, since the cheese on top is also salty.
STEP 9
Sprinkle everything with grated cheese on top.
STEP 10
Cover the pan with foil and place in an oven preheated to 180°C for 50 minutes.
STEP 11
Then remove the foil and bake the potatoes and mushrooms for about 20 minutes until the cheese is browned.
STEP 12
Serve the potatoes with chanterelles hot. Bon appetit!
