Potato salad with bell peppers and olives

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
Wash the potatoes, place in a saucepan and cover with cold water.
STEP 2
Place the washed carrots in a saucepan and cover with cold water.
STEP 3
Place the potatoes and carrots on the fire, bring to a boil and cook for about 25-30 minutes. You can check the readiness of vegetables using a knife (if the knife goes into the potatoes easily, then they are cooked). Remove the potatoes and carrots from the water and let them cool.
STEP 4
Pour frozen green peas into a saucepan and add hot boiled water. Place over medium heat and cook for about 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, drain the water and let the peas cool.
STEP 5
Peel the cooled potatoes and carrots.
STEP 6
Cut the potatoes into small cubes.
STEP 7
Cut the carrots into small cubes.
STEP 8
Finely chop the onion.
STEP 9
Pour boiling water over chopped onions.
STEP 10
Then place the onion on a paper towel and dry.
STEP 11
Core green bell peppers.
STEP 12
Then cut into small cubes.
STEP 13
Finely chop the green olives using a knife.
STEP 14
Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
STEP 15
Divide the salad among plates.
STEP 16
Add salt and mayonnaise, mix well and serve.
