Pork pilaf with onions in a slow cooker
Step-by-step preparation

Prepare the necessary ingredients: peel the vegetables, wash the meat

Remove the skin from the lard and cut into small cubes
STEP 3

Set the “Baking” program to 45 minutes

Place the chopped lard in the multicooker bowl.

Meanwhile, cut the onion into half rings
STEP 6

Carrots - large strips

Pilaf always contains a large amount of carrots and onions, don’t let this bother you

While we were chopping the vegetables, the lard was already rendered - add chopped onions and carrots to it. I leave the cracklings, I like it better, but you can fish them out as you prefer. Leave in the same mode for 10 minutes

In the meantime, cut the pork
STEP 10

Add the meat to the fried carrots and onions, add spices, salt and mix. I have the spices ready for pilaf - I bought them at the market and mixed them in front of me. Leave Zirvak until the end of the program
STEP 11

Wash the rice by rubbing it between your fingers. The water needs to be changed 4-5 times until the water is clear.
STEP 12

The program has finished its work - the zirvak is ready
STEP 13

Place washed rice
STEP 14

Carefully add water so as not to wash off the layer of rice. Bury a head of garlic in the rice, from which the top layer of husk has previously been removed.

Add salt if necessary - rice loves a lot of salt
STEP 16

I set the program "Rice" to "Crumble" for 30 minutes, you can use the program "Pilaf"
STEP 17

After 30 minutes the pilaf is almost ready
STEP 18

Leave it in the “Keep warm” or “Warm up” mode for another 10 minutes so that the pilaf infuses
STEP 19

Now you can mix and place on plates
