I really love pork dishes, including all kinds of rolls. I haven’t made pork rolls with omelette, but I’ll definitely try it. I think it’s better to bake them in the oven in foil or a baking sleeve.

vini, you need to bake them, since the meat will not be cooked well, but in order to make them look more beautiful, I suggest frying them first.

I love meat dishes, but I’ve never tried or even heard of an omelette roll. Very unusual recipe, I liked this idea. I'll definitely use it.

Interesting recipe. But my question is: when cutting, does the roll unwind slightly? I usually always add a little gelatin when preparing this type of rolls. I spread it and water the layers inside a little. This does not affect the taste, but it holds - thoroughly))). I will definitely try your recipe with omelette!
