  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to make pizza with milk and dry yeast? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. The filling can be changed or varied to suit your taste.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

To prepare the dough, heat the milk until warm. Pour it into the bowl in which you will knead the dough. Add salt, sugar and dry yeast to the milk.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Add melted butter and egg. Mix all ingredients.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Gradually add sifted flour and knead the dough. You may need a little more or less flour than indicated in the recipe, so be guided by the consistency of the finished dough.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

The finished dough is soft and plastic. To avoid adding excess flour, at the end of kneading, grease your hands with vegetable oil and knead the dough with your hands. Place the finished dough in a warm place, covered with a towel, for 1 hour to rise.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

While the dough is rising, prepare everything for the filling. Fry the mushrooms with onions for 5-7 minutes and add a little salt. I take wild boiled mushrooms. But they can be replaced with any others.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Cut the sausage into cubes and the tomatoes into slices. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. I use mozzarella for pizza - it melts well when baked.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

When the dough is ready, you can start preparing the pizza. This dough was enough for me for 2 large pizzas, 30 cm each. Roll out the dough on a piece of parchment and brush with ketchup and mayonnaise sauce.

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

Sprinkle the dough with cheese. Arrange mushrooms and sausage over the dough. Any cheese is suitable for this dish - hard, semi-hard, soft, such as mozzarella. The main thing is that it is tasty, of high quality, without milk fat substitutes and melts well.

  10. STEP 10

    STEP 10

Sprinkle some more cheese and arrange the chopped tomatoes. Place the pizza in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees, for 15-20 minutes. Be guided by your oven. For pizza, all the ingredients are already ready, and this time will be enough to prepare the dough.

  11. STEP 11

    STEP 11

The finished pizza will be lightly browned around the edges and the cheese on the surface will be melted. Remove the pizza from the oven and serve. It is very tasty both hot and cold. Bon appetit!

I made pizza with milk and dry yeast. My grandson is the main pizza lover, so I am learning how to cook it by “testing” various recipes. I’ll say right away that I’m absolutely delighted with the dough for this pizza!!! The most tender, airy, and the fried edges are crispy and very crumbly. The combination with the juicy filling is perfect! They gobbled it up by both cheeks!!! The next day, I reheated a small piece of pizza not in the microwave, but in a dry, thick-walled frying pan, so that the bottom would again gently crunch, like a freshly baked pizza. I saved the recipe in my piggy bank. Highly recommend! Thank you so much, Yulia M!
