Pike perch baked in the oven with potatoes

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Almost any fish is suitable for cooking in the oven with potatoes. It can be baked whole or filleted. Take fish (I have pike perch), potatoes, carrots, onions, cheese, sour cream, oil for greasing molds, salt, fish spices or just ground black pepper.
STEP 2

Clean the fish from entrails and scales, cut off the tail and head, and fillet it. Salt the fillet, sprinkle with pepper, sprinkle with sunflower oil.
STEP 3

Prepare the vegetables: peel and cut potatoes, carrots, and onions into thin slices.
STEP 4

Grease the molds with oil and place a layer of potatoes. Lightly salt and pepper.
STEP 5

Add a layer of carrots.
STEP 6

Cut the fish into pieces. Place one chopped fillet in one mold.
STEP 7

Place the fish in the next layer.
STEP 8

Sprinkle it with onions.
STEP 9

Now add a tablespoon of good thick sour cream.
STEP 10

And place grated or sliced cheese on the very top.
STEP 11

Cover the pans with foil. Bake for about half an hour in a hot oven (180-190 degrees). Finally, remove the foil and lightly brown the dish.
