STEP 1

Let's make the dough. Let's prepare the products. We will need 1 cup of sugar, 2 cups of flour and butter.
STEP 2

Mix flour, sugar and soda. Add chopped butter.
STEP 3

Rub the butter with sugar and flour into crumbs with your hands. We'll chop off 1/3 of it. And add sour cream to the rest. Let's knead the dough. If necessary, add more flour. Place the dough in the refrigerator for half an hour.
STEP 4

For the filling, prepare fresh blueberries, cottage cheese, sugar, eggs. Our cottage cheese is liquid. If yours is dry and grainy, grind it in a meat grinder. And add 2 tbsp sour cream.
STEP 5

Mix cottage cheese with sugar, vanilla sugar and eggs. I also added starch.
STEP 6

We take out the dough and distribute it into the mold. I have 24cm. I covered it with paper.
STEP 7

Spread half the filling and blueberries. Wash and dry it in advance.
STEP 8

Top with the rest of the filling and sprinkle with crumbs. Place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 50 minutes.
STEP 9

Take it out and let it cool completely. Then we cut it.
