Pasta with red fish in creamy sauce
Fast, unusual, tasty and healthy. The main thing is satisfying. A simple recipe for a quick, hearty and tasty dinner that does not require any special culinary skills or abilities.

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Place salted water on the stove at the rate of 1 liter of water per 100 g of pasta. Cook until al dente.
STEP 2

Cut the red fish into small pieces 3-4 mm thick. Add salt, pepper, a teaspoon of flour or starch and mix.
STEP 3

Cut the zucchini into small slices.
STEP 4

Chop the greens.
STEP 5

In a preheated frying pan over high heat, fry the zucchini for 3-4 minutes. Place it in a bowl.
STEP 6

Fry the fish.
STEP 7

Return the zucchini to the fried fish and stir.
STEP 8

Add cream, bring to a boil, salmon and warm up a couple of minutes.
STEP 9

Transfer the pasta into the frying pan.
STEP 10

Add green onions and dill with garlic. You can add a few tablespoons of water.
STEP 11

Cover with a lid, heat through and dinner is ready.
