Very tasty stuff! I especially like to cook pasta or mashed potatoes as a side dish, although this is extremely rare. I’ve never seen the original recipe, I’m a lazy person, I love semi-finished products and ready-made dry mixes “just add water”, of course, I know that it’s harmful and all that, but you spend a lot less time on such a dish, and the dish is no worse than the original! I like. Although it’s worth trying this recipe just for fun, I think it will turn out better than usual!

One of my favorite Italian dishes) I decided to cook it for a romantic dinner today, but I had a couple of questions. Please tell me, is it possible to add white wine instead of red wine, add fresh tomatoes instead of canned ones and add finely chopped fresh pepper?

Well, I myself really like to “modernize” recipes, adjusting them to my tastes and capabilities. So you can try everything if you want))

And I would add more liquid (for example, tomato juice) and simmer over low heat, but longer - two, or even three hours! And then you take a hand mixer - whack! - and the minced meat (now a sauce) turns out tender and tender! (Don’t look at the attached photo, it’s not like that)) And another piece of advice from my own bitter experience: for the sake of the tenderness of the minced meat, do not mix it with chicken! It then boils down and sticks out like “feathers” from the sauce - not a very aesthetic sight =(

Oh, how nice it is when a man cooks at home! I was really jealous!
