STEP 1

How to very simply and fairly quickly prepare delicious stuffed pancakes with apple filling on kefir, which are sure to please many for their excellent taste? First of all, we prepare the necessary products with spices for preparing fluffy apple pancakes with walnuts.
STEP 2

To prepare the dough, take a large bowl and break three chicken eggs into it, then pour half a teaspoon of salt, two tablespoons of sugar into it, add three tablespoons of vegetable oil and mix all the ingredients well.

Pour two hundred and fifty milliliters of 2.5% kefir at room temperature into a common bowl and mix all ingredients well until smooth.
STEP 4

Take a fine sieve and sift three hundred grams of premium wheat flour into a deep bowl, then pour the sifted flour into a bowl with a liquid base.
STEP 5

Mix all the ingredients well in a bowl and knead into a thick dough base.
STEP 6

Pour the remaining two hundred and fifty milliliters of room temperature kefir into a bowl with a homogeneous base and stir the dough until smooth.

Pour about two hundred and fifty milliliters of boiling water into a bowl with the dough and mix all the ingredients together.
STEP 8

Lastly, pour half a teaspoon of soda into the bowl with the dough and mix all the ingredients thoroughly again, then set the bowl with the prepared dough aside for thirty minutes.
STEP 9

To prepare the filling, peel and cut four large apples into thin strips, then place a frying pan on the stove and place the chopped apples, fifty grams of butter and seventy grams of sugar in it.
STEP 10

Pour one or two teaspoons of cinnamon into the frying pan, then put fifty grams of finely grated and slightly fried walnuts into it.
STEP 11

Constantly stir and fry the apples at high heat on the stove, then cool the prepared filling.
STEP 12

Place a suitable frying pan on the stove and heat it, then grease it with a small amount of vegetable oil, pour the required amount of dough into it according to the size of the frying pan, then fry the pancakes on both sides at a stove temperature above average and place them on a plate.
STEP 13

Place one tablespoon of cooked, cooled filling on one edge of each pancake.
STEP 14

Fold the edges of the pancakes and roll them into tight rolls, then place the cooked stuffed pancakes on a plate.
