I wanted to cook something tasty, sweet and healthy... and preferably without sugar. To find a suitable recipe, I went to my favorite website and my choice settled on sugar-free oatmeal cookies. From dried fruits I took prunes, dried apricots and dates (the main sweetness comes from them). I had raisins, but decided not to add them. My dried apricots are juicy, so I just washed them, but the prunes were a bit dry, so I poured boiling water over them for about five minutes, then put them on paper towels to dry. I removed the pits from the dates. I cut all the dried fruits into large pieces. I didn’t use instant oatmeal. I washed them in water, but did not pour boiling water over them. Combined dried fruits with oatmeal and egg. Added a little ground cinnamon and mixed everything well. The result was a medium-thick mass: not liquid, but not dense either. I lined the baking sheet with a silicone mat and spooned the resulting dough onto it. I baked until golden brown. The cookies turned out to be a beautiful golden brown color and sweet, despite the lack of sugar. I am delighted with this recipe, I will cook it again! Thanks to the author for the recipe!

Tasty, sweet, healthy and satisfying - these cookies combine all of the above! For dried fruits I used cherries and added walnuts. The spice was cinnamon. The aroma of the house was wonderful! I poured boiling water over the Hercules with dried fruits in one bowl, so that the cherries would give some of their sweetness to the cereal and the cookies would be sweet evenly, and not just in those places where there are dried fruits. After that, I drained the excess water and “squeezed” the cereal a little using gauze. Next, mixed with egg and nuts and baked according to the recipe. Thanks to the author!

My sugar-free oatmeal cookies didn’t turn out as beautiful as the author’s, I admit. I simply spooned the dough onto the baking sheet. Because of this, my cooking time was reduced by 3 or even 5 minutes. Wonderful recipe, thank you very much!
