    How to cook noodles? Prepare the meat: wash it thoroughly, remove excess, dry with towels, cut into pieces. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Fry the diced onion and grated carrots, stirring. Add meat pieces, salt and pepper. Fry, stirring, until the meat changes color.

    Pour boiled water into the pan. How much water should I pour? Based on your taste, what kind of sauce you need in this dish. Simmer the meat and vegetables until cooked, stirring. If the water evaporates, add it.

    Pour kefir into a deep bowl. Add salt and soda, stir. The kefir will begin to bubble and rise, this is normal.

    Add flour in small portions, stirring. Focus not so much on the volume of flour, but on the appearance and structure of the dough.

    The dough should be not tight, elastic, not sticky. Let it sit, covered with a towel. While the dough is resting, wash and peel the potatoes.

    You can cut it into cubes, sticks, or large strips. Fry the potatoes in vegetable oil in a clean frying pan until tender. Place the fried potatoes in a bowl with the prepared meat (take a spacious saucepan for this). Pour in boiling water to the level so that not all of the potatoes are covered. Although here, make the thickness of the gravy according to you. Place over low heat and let the dish boil. I put in raw potatoes and simmered them until done.

    Roll out the rested dough on a floured work surface into a thin rectangular layer. Lubricate it with vegetable oil. Scatter the chopped garlic over the dough evenly. Sprinkle with chopped fresh dill (don't forget to wash and dry it).

    Roll the dough into a neat roll. Cut the roll into pieces 1.5 centimeters wide.

    Place noodles on top of cooked potatoes in a saucepan. Add water until the noodles are partially covered. Add salt to taste. Cover the dish with a lid and simmer over low heat for about 15 minutes. Immediately there will be such an aroma that everyone will come running to the kitchen and wonder what you are cooking!

I wanted to diversify the usual roast, the recipe for noodles with meat and potatoes in Ukrainian came in handy. I decided to cook this dish in a slow cooker; you can fry and stew in it. I had tough beef, so after frying the pieces of meat with onions and carrots (20 minutes), I simmered it for another 40 minutes. After that, I laid out the potatoes, cut into medium pieces. While the meat was stewing, I prepared some noodles. I had thick thermostatic kefir. Before kneading the dough, I warmed it up in the microwave. I used a little more flour, I was focusing on the consistency. The dough turned out soft, pliable, and easily rolled out into a layer. I decided to grease the dough plate with odorless vegetable oil. Topped with fresh garlic, parsley and paprika. I slightly flattened the pieces for convenience and laid them on top of the potatoes. All this was poured with hot water so that it reached the middle of the noodles and simmered for 40 minutes. From the spices I took paprika and a mixture of peppers. The dish is very tasty! The meat is soft and tender. The potato pieces were smoothed out from stewing, just the way I like them). The noodles are fully cooked and the garlic aroma is so delicious. I also love this delicate, enveloping sauce! In general, this is a dish that flies away instantly for us).

Please tell me how much kefir is 0.5 g? Is it 0.5 liters or a glass? Soda 1.4 g. - How much is this if measured in teaspoons? And approximately how much flour goes into the dough? It's not in the ingredients at all. But at least somehow find your way around. I was very interested in the recipe. I cooked something similar a long time ago. But no potatoes. And the dough is different. I would like to cook this recipe. Such a delicious dish!!!
