For lunch I prepared a very tasty and tender dish - mushrooms in cream with cheese in a frying pan. My champignons are large, so I cut them into 4 parts and also cut the legs into circles. The creamy sauce does not need to be cooked separately and this is very pleasing). First, I sprinkled flour on the fried mushrooms, then poured cream and after a few minutes sprinkled with cheese. That's the whole process! Very fast and simple. The champignons turned out with a creamy taste and a pleasant mushroom aroma! I liked the recipe Mushrooms in cream with cheese in a frying pan, it looks like an express julienne! The sauce turned out thick and had a very pleasant consistency. The only thing I didn’t have was crosslinking, I used coconut milk, it’s thick and very similar to cream! It turned out great with mushrooms, a dish with an accent! You can eat it with pasta, noodles, just dip the bread, or add it to Chinese cabbage as an addition to the salad (I liked this option; my husband ate it with pasta). Thanks for the recipe!
