Multi-layer jellied kefir pie with meat and mushrooms

STEP 1

Prepare all ingredients. In this recipe you can use any minced meat, fresh or frozen mushrooms. It is better to use short-grain rice. Boil the rice and cool.
STEP 2

Cut the mushrooms into large pieces and fry in 1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil in a frying pan for 5-7 minutes.
STEP 3

Fry the minced meat in a frying pan, add finely chopped garlic 2 minutes before the end of frying.
STEP 4

Grease the bottom and walls of the baking dish with vegetable oil. Cover with parchment, also greased. Well, now we begin to lay out the layers of the pie. The first layer is a layer of mushrooms; between the mushrooms we place sprigs of dill. Then a layer of cheese, grated on a coarse grater. Next is a layer of rice. Then minced meat. Place the thawed vegetable mixture on the layer of minced meat.
STEP 5

Let's prepare the dough by mixing the liquid ingredients separately and the dry ingredients separately. Then mix the liquid and dry ingredients for the dough together so that there are no lumps and let stand for 10 minutes for the soda to start working. The dough has the consistency of pancakes and flows well.
STEP 6

Pour the dough on top of the layers of the pie, let it flow to the very bottom of the future pie, about 10 minutes. Bake at 180 degrees for 45 minutes. The cake should be a soft golden color on top. Remove the pie from the oven and let it sit for 5 minutes. Then cover the pie with a plate and turn it over. Cool slightly, remove parchment and serve.
