Meat pie made from rich yeast dough

STEP 1
To prepare a delicious butter pie with filling, we prepare the necessary products and spices.
STEP 2
Pour one hundred and fifty milliliters of warm boiled water and one hundred and fifty milliliters of milk at room temperature into a large bowl in equal proportions.
STEP 3
Pour one tablespoon of sugar into a bowl and put fifteen grams of fresh yeast into it.
STEP 4
Place three tablespoons of flour in a bowl.
STEP 5
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, then cover it with a towel and put it in a warm place for fifteen to twenty minutes to activate the yeast.
STEP 6
Pour fifty grams of melted butter into a bowl with the dough.
STEP 7
Break one chicken egg into a small bowl, then pour one teaspoon of salt into it and beat the white threads well, breaking them up.
STEP 8
Pour the egg mixture into the bowl with the dough and mix all the ingredients well.
STEP 9
Sift four hundred grams of wheat flour into a bowl with dough.
STEP 10
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl clockwise and knead the dough.
STEP 11
Knead the dough well in a bowl with your hands for five to seven minutes and collect it into a lump.

Place the dough in a bowl and grease it on top with a small amount of vegetable oil, then cover it with a towel and put it in a warm place to rise for one hour.

Pour two tablespoons of vegetable oil into a frying pan and place it on the stove, then put three hundred grams of minced meat into it to your taste and fry, stirring.

Grate one head of onion on a coarse grater, then put it in a frying pan and fry it with the minced meat.

Cut one bell pepper into small cubes, then put it in a frying pan and stir-fry for about two minutes over high heat.
STEP 16
Pour salt, suneli hops, coriander, and a mixture of peppers into the pan to taste and mix.

Reduce the heat on the stove to minimum, cover the pan with a lid and simmer the minced meat for about ten minutes until fully cooked.

Place the minced meat in a deep bowl, then add two tablespoons of mashed potatoes to it and mix.

After some time, sprinkle the table with a small amount of flour and lay out the dough, which we then knead into a thick flat cake.

Roll out the dough with a rolling pin to a large rectangular cake two to three millimeters thick.
STEP 21
Spread the required amount of prepared filling along the large edge of the flatbread.
STEP 22
Cover the filling with dough, which we then fix and seal its edges well.
STEP 23
Twist the flatbread and spread the remaining filling evenly.
STEP 24
We twist the flatbread with the filling again twice and tuck its edges well, after which we make cuts along the edge of the flatbread with a knife every one and a half centimeters.
STEP 25
We wrap the flatbread in a tight roll and press its edges together well, then very carefully transfer it, seam side down, onto a baking sheet lined with parchment and form a pie, after which we put it in a warm place to rest for forty minutes.
STEP 26
After the time has passed, brush the leftover pie with egg yolk beaten with a small amount of milk, then sprinkle it with sesame seeds to taste and place the baking sheet in an oven preheated to one hundred and seventy degrees.
STEP 27
Bake the pie for about forty minutes until golden brown, then remove it from the oven and place it on the countertop.
