Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Cut the meat into medium-sized cubes. Chop the mushrooms.
STEP 2

Finely chop the onion.
STEP 3

Fry in vegetable oil.
STEP 4

Add chopped mushrooms.
STEP 5

Add diced veal.
STEP 6

Add salt, pepper, cumin, and a little beef broth. Simmer for 10-15 minutes.
STEP 7

Prepare shortbread dough. Roll out the dough into a ceramic mold (125 g of dough, mold volume – 300 ml) and bake in an oven preheated to 170 degrees for 14 minutes.
STEP 8

Place the filling into the prepared dough pan.
STEP 9

Top with mashed potatoes (you can add a little grated cheese).
STEP 10

Bake for 7-10 minutes at 180 degrees.
